EMS SQL Manager Lite for SQL Server:

This thing rocks. And the Lite version is free. It has a lot of things that make it a lot more user friendly than Enterprise Manager 7.0 and even 2005 Manager.
One of the best parts is that it has a tabbed interface like DW and CF Studio. Another nice feature is that you can browse data as a grid

It also has a filter feature that it makes it super easy to find records.

Another useful feature is that you can drag a table from the tree view into the SQL editor and it writes the select query for that table.
